## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 协助支行行长做好支行零售金融业务推动，根据总、分行发展战略带领团队开拓和维护客户，落实本团队经营目标；
- 协助分、支行组织厅堂营销及开展客户活动等，做好 区域的获客渠道建设和品牌推广；
- 协助支行行长做好人员管理、服务管理、合规管理、专业赋能等相关管理工作；
- 完成领导交办的其他工作。 Requirements
- 大学本科及以上学历；
- 具备3年（含）以上 银行等金融同业 从业经验，具备 1年以上管理工作经验者优先；
- 为人正直，诚实守信，具有良好的职业道德素养，无不良行为记录，具备较强的责任心和团队精神、能承担较大的工作挑战和压力；
- 具备较强的零售客户的维护和开拓能力;具备较高的专业素质和业务能力，工作经验丰富，具有处理本领域疑难工 作的能力;责任心强，能有效指导团队成员开展工作，有效培养和激励团队成员;
- 符合招商银行近亲属回避的相关要求。
