## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 工作地点为密云、怀柔等郊区支行；

### 客户管理
- 维护与发展零售客户，与客户建立良好的业务关系，提升客户在我行资产，进行客户的向上输送，并引导客户转介新客户；

### 财富管理
- 了解客户需求，按照分行制定的策略、方法与流程，为客户提供顾问式财富管理服务，帮助客户了解和选择我行财富管理类产品品种，进行资产配置，达成中收目标；

### 交易处理
- 根据客户需要，协助客户办理日常结算、功能开立、产品购买、投资交易等银行业务；

### 交叉营销
- 深入挖掘客户需求，帮助客户了解和选择我行零售、个贷及公司等业务品种。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历；
- 品行端正、无不良记录；
- 具备较强的沟通能力、学习能力、市场营销能力及客户服务意识；
- 具有2年（含）以上银行客户服务或相关工作经验；
- 熟悉资本市场，掌握证券、基金、保险等相关金融产品的专业知识以及客户关系管理的相关知识，持有相关上岗资格证书，通过CFA、CFP认证者优先。
