## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责指导、监督及检查分行物业开展各项物业服务工作；
- 负责分行员工餐厅的运营管理，指导、监督及检查员工餐厅及支行食堂的食品安全与厨余管理工作；
- 负责指导、监督及检查分行及同城支行保洁管理工作；
- 负责完成领导交办的其他行政后勤相关事务。 Requirements
- 大学本科及以上学历，具备3年以上金融机构从业经验，行政管理类专业或有行政后勤管理经验者优先；
- 对行政工作有全面深刻的认识，有责任心，能吃苦耐劳，有服务意识，能承受一定的工作压力；
- 熟悉食品安全法规、物业相关管理规范，掌握基础消防安全、后勤成本管控知识；
- 具备较强的沟通协调能力以及团队合作精神，能接受日常巡检、临时性后勤保障加班，具备问题排查、应急处置能力；
- 具备良好的个人品质和职业道德，清正廉洁，遵纪守法，无不良记录。
