## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 挖掘和维护金卡/金葵花客户，建立金卡/金葵花客群客户关系网络，结合数据库营销，定期针对金卡/金葵花客群开展营销活动，增强客户黏度；
- 在服务邀约到访和随机到访客户过程中，了解客户需求，为客户提供资产配置建议，实现零售产品销售并做好售后管理；
- 为金卡/金葵花客户提供各项零售综合金融服务，做好客户的日常经营，提升客户资产，向上输送金葵花/私钻客户。 Requirements

### 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历;
- 需从事相关岗位工作2年（含）以上，了解宏观政策与经济形势，了解行业相关业务的市场情况与外部政策，具有较强的客户维护意识和营销能力，具备一定的风险识别及把控能力；
- 持基金从业、保险、复杂产品销售资格证书，持CFA、CFP等相关证书者优先考虑。
