## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 维护和开拓分行公司客户，提升公司客户对分行综合贡献度；
- 挖掘公司客户的产品及服务需求，参与制定对应的金融服务解决方案，并推动方案的落地实施；
- 承接总分行业务发展战略，具体落实所在机构相关发展目标；
- 推动针对所在经营机构的企业客户及潜在企业客户的市场营销工作；
- 搜集所管理企业客户所在行业及企业本身运营数据，做好风险预判，并做好与总分行风险岗位的沟通协调工作。 Requirements
- 大学本科及以上学历；
- 具备3年以上公司客户经理工作经验；
- 具备较强的财务分析能力、市场开拓能力、客户营销能力，熟悉各类资产业务；
- 具备较强的责任心和抗压能力，具备团队合作精神；
- 品行端正，无不良记录，符合行内亲属回避要求 。
