## Job description
- 零售信贷渠道和客户拓展工作。
- 受理客户授信申请，收集整理客户及业务资料；负责客户的资信调查和贷前调查工作，确保资料的真实性、完整性、准确性和及时性。
- 负责零售信贷业务贷中管理，落实批复要求的出款条件，主动防范和化解可能产生的各类风险。
- 负责零售信贷客户的贷后维护工作，落实客户贷后检查工作，了解客户资质、押品等情况变化，并及时完成各项贷后任务。
- 负责配合做好逾期和不良贷款的化解和清收工作。
- 所在机构赋予的其他职责。
- 具有国家认证的大学本科及以上学历。
- 具有3年（含）以上本岗位工作经历，熟悉零售信贷业务，拥有客户资源者优先考虑。
- 熟悉相关国家法律、法规和信贷业务政策，具备良好的业务拓展能力和客户服务、风险管理能力。
- 具有良好的沟通能力、表达能力，亲和力强。
- 遵守国家法律、法规和各项金融规章制度，无违法、违规、违纪等不良记录。
- 身体健康，无不良嗜好。
- 符合监管任职回避制度规定，符合中国人寿集团和广发银行总分行相关回避制度规定。
- 从业记录良好符合银行监管部门要求的任职资格条件。
