## Job description

### 工作职责

1.制定营销发展规划，统筹实施预算考核管理； 2.落实营销日常行为管理和诚信教育工作，落实信用品质分类管理，配合落实营销条线相关合规管理工作，开展部门综合管理工作。

### 资格要求
- 大学本科及以上学历应届毕业生。
- 具备良好的组织沟通和协调能力、强烈的责任心及良好的职业操守。
- 具有营销策划经验者优先。
