## Job description
- 对客户进行有效的分层管理，提升客户对我行的忠实程度，同时对阵地营销进行管理；
- 有针对性的对我行各类产品进行推广，定期召开客户的各项产品推广会、活动，加强与客户的沟通，确保各类产品的销售；
- 拟定我行对各层级客户的提升方案并具体落实，并协助网点做好对私业务拓展。
- 对客户进行定期的回访，收集客户意见及建议，及时处理客户提出的要求，并向网点负责人进行反馈，提高网点的服务质量；
- 对各类理财产品、基金、保险等业务进行宣传、解释，对于有需求的客户进行一对一的服务，对适合产品的人员进行销售；
- 完成上级交办的其他工作。
- 大学本科及以上学历；
- 应具备两年及以上与拟聘岗位相关的从业经历，具备业务客户资源者优先；
- 具备基金从业资格证及行内要求的相关理财资格，有AFP、CFP资格证书的优先；
- 具备金融理财和市场营销知识；
- 熟悉各类理财产品、基金、保险等业务，具有较强的营销能力和人际交往能力；
- 符合中国人寿集团和广发银行相关回避制度规定；
- 身体健康，具备与工作要求相适应的身体条件，无不良嗜好；
- 从业记录良好，符合银行监管部门要求的任职资格条件。
