## Job description

### 工作职责
- 负责基层党建、巡视整改、思想政治宣传、老干部管理、工青妇等工作。
- 负责行政事务、公文写作、督查督办、信息调研、公文档案管理、机要保密管理等工作。
- 负责人力资源管理事务、工资薪酬、社会保险、招聘管理、考核、教育培训。
- 其他上级交办的办公室综合性工作。

### 资格要求
- 硕士研究生及以上学历应届毕业生。
- 精通公文写作，熟练使用办公软件。
- 政治立场坚定，具有高度责任感；较强的执行力和组织协调能力。
- 具有相关实习经历的优先。
