## Job description
- 负责车险理赔案件的线上查勘、现场查勘任务。核实事故经过、损失等情况，判断是否属保险责任范围及事故责任是否合理。
- 根据公司理赔政策标准，负责机动车辆损失核定工作。
- 负责车险未决赔案跟踪处理，收集案件资料，完成赔款支付或移交相关工作人员处理。
- 负责客户咨询服务工作。
- 完成公司交办的其他工作。
- 大学本科及以上学历，汽车、机械、保险、工程、计算机等相关专业，具有2年及以上保险公司车物查勘、定损等相关经验或汽修行业车险理赔等相关工作背景优先。
- 具备良好的沟通协调和团队协作能力。
- 具备强烈的工作责任心、执行力和服务意识。
- 具有良好的职业操守。
- 无因违法违规遭受监管部门或就职公司处罚的情况。
