## Job description

### 工作职责
- 修改与完善保险业务理赔、追偿、诉讼管理制度，负责理赔权限管理、专业能力建设；
- 负责保单基础服务及业务结算、业务续转等工作，统计部门新签协议、投保、续保数据；
- 保险赔案稽核管理，将优化建议及时反馈前端业务管理环节；
- 业务渠道管理及支持，日常事务对接、处理及反馈；
- 保险承保政策、制度、业务流程等规范性文件制定及业务经营分析等承保管理工作；
- 理赔追偿诉讼系统的建设优化及其他领导交办的事项。

### 资格要求
- 大学本科及以上学历应届毕业生。
- 具备良好的组织沟通、协调和表达能力、具有强烈的责任心及良好的职业操守。
- 具有耐心细致的工作态度和一定的承压能力。
- 具有客户服务实习经验者优先。
