## Job description
- 负责本机构财富及以上客户开发工作；
- 负责本机构财富及以上客户的经营维护，为客户提供标准化、规范化服务，提高客户满意度和忠诚度，保持客群稳定增长，依据相关投诉管理制度有效处理投诉；
- 为客户提供资产配置方案及理财规划，提高客户持有本行产品的数量，提升客户粘性。结合客户需求和产品特征，为客户提供资产配置方案及理财规划，有针对性地向客户营销相关产品、服务和产品服务组合；
- 严格遵守各项规章制度纪律，执行相关制度及运作程序。密切关注市场及客户情况变化，积极防范风险，维护银行与客户权益。
- 认真贯彻执行党的路线、方针、政策，遵守国家法律法规、行业监管规定、银行从业人员基本准则及本行各项规章制度，职业操守良好，品行端正；
- 大学本科及以上学历；
- 具有2年（含）以上银行零售业务营销工作经验；
- 具备相应岗位任职资格，需持有基金从业资格证书，持有AFP、CFP、CFA等资格证者优先；
- 具备理财、保险、基金等综合产品销售的能力；
- 拥有较多的客户资源者优先；
- 符合中国人寿系统及广发银行亲属回避相关制度规定。
