## Job description
- 协助团队长完成股权投资策略型基金孵化、设立及募资；
- 协助团队长完成股权交易投资及执行，包括寻找和筛选投资机会、执行项目尽职调查、估值测算、进行商务谈判和交易方案设计、撰写项目可行性分析报告、推动完成项目决策，完成项目交割等；
- 参与跟踪和监控已投项目，执行投后管理具体事项，完成项目退出；
- 协助开展股权投资市场，特别是私募股权二级市场、母基金的行业和案例研究等工作；
- 公司交办的其他工作。 1.知名院校硕士研究生学历，财经类与理工类专业混合背景优先； 2.3 年以上投资或投行类经验，具有 3 年以上私募股权投资或投行业务经验，具备股权投资基金相关经验者优先； 3.熟悉保险资金运用及保险私募基金管理要求，对于保险资金大类资产配置、委受托管理、非保子管理、偿付能力等有一定认识； 4.工作严谨细致、认真负责，良好的沟通协调和团队合作能力； 5.有较强的财务分析、数据分析、文字写作能力和学习能力。
