## Job description
- 负责分公司特殊险类业务核保审核、风险研判、精准报价及全流程业务管理，严格落实核保政策与风控要求，保障业务合规稳健运营。
- 负责特殊险类重点行业客户、重大项目的维护、跟进与业务拓展，根据客户需求定制承保方案，稳固重点客群合作关系。
- 统筹全辖机构特殊险类业务销售支持，提供政策解读、方案设计、疑难业务支撑，赋能一线业务发展。
- 开展特殊险类业务推动、数据跟踪及复盘优化，完成条线经营指标，持续提升业务质量与产能。
- 本科及以上学历，熟悉财产保险业务及监管政策，具有同行相关工作经验优先。
- 掌握特殊险类核保规则、产品体系及风险管控要点，具备独立核保、方案报价及项目运作能力。
- 具备良好的大客户对接、沟通协调及市场拓展能力，能够有效支撑机构业务发展。
- 工作严谨负责、风控意识强，执行力、抗压能力突出，无违规违纪记录，认同公司企业文化。
