## Job description
- 负责本机构零售信贷客户拓展营销工作，受理零售信贷业务，具体承担收集客户资料、撰写调查报告、办理出账、贷后管理及清收处置等工作；
- 负责本机构存量零售信贷客户的经营维护，为客户提供标准化、规范化服务，提高客户满意度和忠诚度，保持客群稳定增长，依据相关投诉管理制度有效处理投诉；
- 为客户提供信贷融资方案，有针对性地向客户营销相关产品、服务和产品服务组合；
- 完成零售信贷业务业绩指标，并协助有关部门做好贷后管理和风险监测；
- 严格遵守各项规章制度纪律，执行相关制度及运作程序。密切关注市场及客户情况变化，积极防范风险，维护银行与客户权益。
- 认真贯彻执行党的路线、方针、政策，遵守国家法律法规、行业监管规定、银行从业人员基本准则及本行各项规章制度，职业操守良好，品行端正；
- 大学本科及以上学历，金融等相关专业优先；
- 具有2年（含）以上银行零售信贷相关岗位工作经验，具备独立营销及受理信贷业务的能力；
- 熟悉相关金融法律法规和零售信贷业务产品及流程，具备良好的客户服务意识，有较好的风险管理能力；
- 拥有较多的客户资源者优先；
- 符合中国人寿系统及广发银行亲属回避相关制度规定。
