## Job description
- 负责战略规划、大类资产配置及基金行业研究等工作；
- 撰写公司经营、资产配置、行业调研等报告，为公司发展提供专业、客观、及时的研究支持和经营建议；
- 参与公司经营、投资研究等会议，协助公司管理层进行经营相关的辅助工作，跟进战略规划的落地与验证；
- 跟踪市场和资产价格变动，构建有效的资产投资分析框架，建立不同市场环境和风险偏好的资产组合方案，提供组合投资建议；
- 完成公司和部门交办的其他工作安排。
- 硕士研究生及以上学历，经济金融、数理统计等相关专业；
- 具备扎实的金融理论基础，熟悉资本市场，了解基金行业基本情况，掌握基本的研究方法，能熟练使用Office、Wind、Bloomberg、Python等工具；
- 具备优秀的数据分析、报告撰写和汇报展示能力；
- 热爱战略研究工作，对金融市场、政策制定、宏观规划、资产配置有浓厚兴趣，善于独立思考和分析问题，具备优秀的文字表达能力、沟通协调能力和团队协作意识，能承受一定的工作压力；
- 具有公募基金、证券公司研究岗实习经历者优先。
