## Job description
- 负责跟进渠道市场开拓、客户管理，为客户提供全方位、一站式综合金融服务。
- 对接所负责辖区支行个贷业务宣导及项目上报，营销组织和产能跟进等。
- 负责跟进其管户的存量客户贷后管理工作。
- 在日常工作中展示我行良好品牌形象，确保合规营销。
- 承办团队负责人及部门领导安排的其他各项工作。 1.全日制本科及以上学历，金融、经济学等相关专业优先考虑。 2.2年及以上银行营销岗位从业经历，有零售信贷工作经验优先考虑。 3.具备良好的营销能力，拥有一定的渠道开拓、客户开发及产品营销能力。 4.具备良好的团队合作能力，独立处理团队内外事务决策； 5.具有一定的信贷风险把控能力，识别市场风险、客户风险，做好风险预判及管理工作；落实做好风险管理，合规开展营销工作，做好贷前、贷中、贷后管理； 6.遵守国家法律法规，无违法违纪等不良历史记录。 7.身心健康、品行端正、责任心强，工作积极主动，能有效履行岗位。 8.符合中国人寿和广发银行履职回避规定。
