## Job description
- 负责财富客户开发和维护工作，为客户提供标准化、规范化服务，提高客户满意度，保持客群稳定增长。
- 负责为财富客户提供资产配置方案及理财规划，提高客户持有本行产品的数量，提升客户粘性。
- 负责及时更新维护客户信息，确保客户信息的完整性和准确性。
- 根据分支行要求开展零售金融相关工作。
- 具有国家认证的大学本科及以上学历。
- 具有2年及以上银行零售金融从业经验，持有基金从业资格，熟悉财富管理相关金融知识。
- 持有CFP、AFP等相关专业证书者优先。
- 具有良好的沟通能力和表达能力，具有较强的客户服务意识。
- 具有良好的职业操守，诚信敬业，遵守国家法律、法规和各项金融规章制度，无违法、违规、违纪等不良记录。
- 身体健康，具备与工作要求相适应的身体条件。
- 符合监管部门、中国人寿集团和广发银行履职回避管理的相关规定。
