## Job description
- 按计划推进辖区内农险业务发展，主要负责农险业务投保宣传、组织发动和投保组织、各项承保手续办理和保费收取工作；
- 在授权范围内开展农险农险理赔查勘定损、资料收集、理算、公示工作；
- 三农服务站与协保员队伍的培训与管理，政策补贴申请等；
- 完成部门及上级领导安排的其他工作。
- 能熟练操作各类常用办公软件；
- 热情负责、沟通能力好、语言表达能力较强，良好的团队合作精神；
- 农林渔牧专业、保险行业内勤、有农险相关工作经验者、2024届优秀院校毕业生优先。
