## Job description
- 负责受理客户的索赔诉求，收集各种索赔单证。
- 对资料齐全的赔案进行理算，并保证数据的准确性和完整性。核赔通过后进行结案处理及归档。通知财务支付赔款。
- 负责理赔档案的装订、登记、移交。
- 协助未决赔案管理岗定期清理、催收未决赔案，提高理赔时效。
- 完成部门交办的其他理赔消保相关工作。
- 本科及以上学历应届毕业生。
- 汽车、机械、保险、工程、计算机等相关专业。
- 具备良好的组织沟通和协调能力、强烈的责任心及良好的职业操守。
- 具有保险行业理赔、法务、消保相关岗位实习经验者优先。
