## Job description
- 负责非车险核赔政策、理赔指引及管理制度的制定；
- 负责授权险种案件的核赔工作；
- 负责授权险种的理赔风险管控工作；
- 建立对非车理赔各岗位的考核机制及管理办法。
- 本科及以上学历,金融、财务、电气工程、机械工程、土木工程相关专业;
- 五年以上相关工作经验，通过公司内外部相关资格考试优先；
- 具有良好的语言表达能力、分析和协调沟通能力，思维敏捷，责任心强，有较强的管理能力。
