## Job description
- 根据分行发展战略与统一部署，负责制定支行经营管理规划，落实支行各项经营管理工作，做好内外部协调沟通。
- 完成分行下达的各项公司、零售业务的营销工作目标和计划。
- 负责支行的全面经营管理，包括网点管理、业务管理、人员管理、营销组织、风险控制、内控合规、安全保卫等。
- 做好贷前调查、授权内的贷款初步审查及贷后管理工作，配合分行有效处置和盘活不良资产。
- 根据分行的整体部署，完成上级交办的其他工作。 1.具有国家认证的本科及以上学历。 2.4年以上金融工作经验或8年以上经济工作经验（其中金融工作经验2年以上）。 3.具备银行业务工作经验和团队管理经验。 4.身体健康，具有与工作要求相适应的身体条件。 5.从业记录良好，符合银行监管部门要求的任职资格条件。 6.遵守国家法律法规和各项规章制度，无违法、违规、违纪等不良记录，职业操守良好，品行端正。 7.符合中国人寿系统及本行亲属回避制度的相关规定。
