## Job description
- 负责公司各类保险理赔案件的诉讼、仲裁处理，对接外部律师，准备诉讼材料、证据整理、出庭应诉等工作；
- 开展保险代位追偿、虚假理赔等追偿工作，制定追偿方案，跟进追偿进度，确保追偿款项及时到账；
- 梳理诉讼追偿案件台账，分析案件败诉原因，优化理赔及追偿流程，降低公司法律风险；
- 对接法院、仲裁机构、司法部门，维护良好合作关系，跟进案件判决、执行全流程。
- 本科及以上学历，法学、保险学（法律方向）、民商法、经济法等相关专业；
- 熟悉民事诉讼法、保险法、民法典等相关法律法规，掌握保险诉讼、追偿业务流程；
- 具备较强的法律文书撰写能力、逻辑思辨能力和抗压能力，工作原则性强；
- 有诉讼处理、追偿实务或律师事务所相关工作经验者优先，持有法律职业资格证优先。
