## Job description
- 正职全面负责支公司日常经营管理各项工作;副职协助正职做好分管的经营管理工作，主要负责拓展客户、发展业务;
- 根据公司经营指导思想制定并实施本机构业务发展计划，完成公司下达的各项经营目标;
- 负责机构外部关系的建立与维护工作，严格遵循当地监管部门的管理要求，依法合规经营，有效管控业务条线各类经营风险。
- 具备过硬的政治素质和职业素养，原则上为中共党员；
- 本科及以上学历，金融、保险、市场营销类专业优先；
- 熟悉上海财险市场，具备同业同类岗位经验的经营管理人才。
