## Job description
- 根据分行业务发展战略和年度经营计划，负责零售营销团队整体管理及银行客户的营销拓展；
- 带领营销团队开展市场营销工作，提升团队成员对客户的经营能力和价值挖掘能力；
- 牵头团队整体业务拓展，发展并稳定新老客户，建立并维护客户关系；
- 推进专业队伍建设，组织团队员工参加业务知识、工作技能和综合素质培训及考核；
- 监督团队在营销过程中严格遵守监管及行内规章制度，确保产品销售适当性、反洗钱、消费者权益保护等要求落到实处。
- 认真贯彻执行党的路线、方针、政策，遵守国家法律法规、行业监管规定、银行从业人员基本准则及本行各项规章制度，职业操守良好，品行端正；
- 具有国家认证的本科及以上学历，金融、经济、管理、市场营销等相关专业优先；
- 具有5年（含）以上拟聘岗位相关工作经验，有团队管理经验者优先；
- 具备相应岗位任职资格，需持有基金从业资格证书，持有AFP、CFP、CFA等资格证者优先；
- 熟悉相关金融法律法规和零售业务产品体系，具备良好的业务拓展和客户关系管理能力，有着较强的风险管理意识和能力；
- 具有较为丰富的客户、业务及渠道资源；
- 符合中国人寿系统及广发银行亲属回避相关制度规定。
