## Job description
- 负责牡丹江市本地个人、政企、小微企业客户的市场拓展与维护，开展车险、非车险、意外险、责任险等全品类财产保险产品销售工作，完成公司下达的各项业务保费指标。
- 主动挖掘客户保险需求，为客户定制专业化、个性化风险保障方案，提供投保咨询、方案解读、续保提醒等全流程服务。
- 跟进客户出险理赔协助工作，搭建稳定的客情关系，提升客户留存率与满意度，深耕本地存量市场、开拓增量市场。
- 配合中支公司开展各类营销活动、市场推广等专项工作。
- 大专及以上学历，专业不限，保险、金融、市场营销相关专业优先。
- 具备良好的市场开拓、沟通谈判及客户维护能力，有本地销售经验、政企资源、保险行业从业经验者优先。
- 认同国企保险企业文化，责任心强、抗压能力强，具备良好的职业素养和团队协作意识。
- 无金融行业违规违纪记录、无不良征信及违法记录，遵守公司各项合规管理制度。
- 能够快速适应市场业务节奏，主动学习保险产品及行业政策知识。
