## Job description

工作职责；
- 负责柜面业务的受理与办理，包括投保、保全、理赔、收付费等各项寿险业务；
- 为客户提供专业咨询与引导，解答疑问，处理投诉等；
- 进行单证管理、档案整理及系统操作，维护柜面秩序，协助完成业务指标，提升客户满意度等。

### 资格要求
- 大学本科及以上学历应届毕业生。
- 具备良好的组织沟通、协调和表达能力、具有强烈的责任心及良好的职业操守。
- 具有耐心细致的工作态度和一定的承压能力。
- 具有客户服务实习经验者优先。
