## Job description
- 负责开展客户健康保障画像，分析客群对健康险的多元分类需求；
- 负责整合公司健康险产品资源，管理健康险产品体系；
- 负责统筹活动推广和系统建设。
- 博士研究生学历（学位），具有经济、金融、医疗等相关专业背景优先；
- 具有3年以上寿险公司工作经验，熟悉海外寿险公司运作模式，对海外健康险产品较为熟悉，对健康业态较为了解；
- 具有较强的统筹能力，沟通协调素质突出，资源整合能力强，团队合作意识好。
