## Job description
- 制定或优化全行风险模型相关的管理制度、操作流程。
- 负责风险计量模型的开发、优化、验证、监控等工作。
- 支持风险策略的制定与优化，推动模型成果转化为业务价值。
- 负责风险建模前沿技术的跟踪研究、评估及实现。

### 学历
- 硕士研究生及以上学历，金融工程、统计学、数学、计算机科学、计量经济学等相关专业；

### 工作经验
- 3年以上银行工作经验以及2年以上拟聘岗位相关工作经验，熟悉信贷业务流程及风险特征；
- 具备统计学与金融学基础知识，熟练使用Python/R/SAS、SQL等软件，熟悉常用的数据分析模型及算法，对逻辑回归、决策树、神经网络、GBDT、SVM等模型有深度了解；
- 熟悉银行信贷业务，具有一定的金融理论水平和政策水平，具备一定的综合分析能力、风险识别能力；
- 具有良好的表达能力、沟通协调能力，执行力和报告撰写能力；
- 政治素质较好，遵纪守法，诚信廉洁，职业操守良好，无不良从业记录，身心健康，符合本行任职回避等有关规定。
