## Job description
- 协助制定并组织实施分行中长期发展规划与年度经营计划，参与分行重大经营管理决策，推动分行业务高质量发展。
- 统筹分管条线的市场拓展、客户经营与产品落地，深挖区域市场潜力，提升市场竞争力。
- 统筹条线风险管理与合规经营，严格落实监管要求与行内制度规范，防范化解各类经营风险，强化内控合规管理。
- 协调内外部资源，对接地方政府、重点企业、监管机构等单位，维护良好的合作关系与发展环境。
- 负责分管条线的团队建设和人才培养，打造专业化人才队伍。 （该职位由总行统一招聘，根据候选人意向、专长和工作需要确定工作地点和机构） 5年以上金融工作或9年以上经济工作经验（其中金融工作经验3年以上），具有3年以上团队管理经验；对金融业务有全面深入了解，熟悉市场及业务，具备较强的市场拓展、客户经营与团队管理能力；符合监管规定的任职资格条件及本行任职回避等有关规定。
