## Job description
- 主要负责维护与重要客户的关系，推动业务发展
- 积极拓展新的重点客户资源。深入了解重点客户的保险需求，为其定制个性化的保险方案，包括财产险、意外险、寿险等综合保险服务
- 负责重点客户保险项目的全程跟进，包括项目洽谈、合同签订、保险理赔等环节，协调公司内部各部门资源，确保项目顺利推进
- 负责完成本公司领导、上级公司交代的其他工作
- 工作地点在嘉兴市本级或各下辖县支公司
- 全日制本科及以上学历，35周岁以下
- 拥有政企、金融业等大客户群体资源或相关人脉资源者优先。
- 工作有条理，细致、认真、有责任心，办事严谨
- 熟练电脑操作及Offic办公软件，具备基本的网络知识
- 性格开朗，责任感强，热爱销售工作，有一定的抗压能力，普通话标准"
