## Job description
- 负责权限范围内非车保单、批单核保、报价工作；
- 负责非车险承保管理，建立非车险承保工作规范和流程；
- 负责组织调查客户风险状况，进行必要的现场风险查勘和风险评估，审核确定非车承保条件及价格；
- 负责进行非车险业务品质监控，提出风险控制策略；
- 负责搜集、分析非车保险市场和产品信息，配合产品开发；
- 负责对下辖机构及销售人员提供技术支持、指导与培训。
- 本科及以上学历应届毕业生。
- 能够熟练操作办公软件。
- 具备良好的组织沟通和协调能力、强烈的责任心及良好的职业操守。
