## Job description
- 协助直属支行行长做好经营管理工作，具体分管公司板块业务，推动条线业务发展、内控合规和队伍建设；
- 制定支行公司金融业务发展规划与策略，明确业务目标并组织实施；
- 拓展区域市场，维护与政府、企业等多方关系，提升市场影响力；
- 管理支行公司条线队伍，加强团队建设，提升团队战斗力；
- 统筹财务管理，优化资源配置，保障支行资产质量与经营效益目标达成；
- 把控经营风险，监督业务合规开展，落实内控管理制度与风险防范措施。
- 认真贯彻执行党的路线、方针、政策，遵守国家法律法规、行业监管规定、银行从业人员基本准则及本行各项规章制度，职业操守良好，品行端正；
- 具有国家认证的本科及以上学历，金融、经济、市场营销等相关专业优先；
- 具有5年（含）以上拟聘岗位相关工作经验，有团队管理经验者优先；
- 精通相关金融法律法规和公司金融产品体系，具备良好的业务拓展和客户关系管理能力，有着较强的风险管理意识和能力；
- 具有较为丰富的客户、业务及渠道资源；
- 符合中国人寿系统及广发银行亲属回避相关制度规定。
