## Job description

协助支公司主要负责人做好支公司经营管理，有效完成分管领域工作任务。 （一）政治面貌：中共党员。 （二）学历要求：大学本科及以上学历。 （三）年龄要求：40周岁以内。 （四）其他要求：
- 具备过硬的政治素质。
- 具有8年及以上财险公司从业经验。
- 具有一定的团队管理经验。
- 具有较好的协作能力和执行力。 5．有良好的心理素质和身体素质。
