## Job description

### 工作职责
- 负责APP、web页、大屏的UI视觉及交互设计，包括首页、产品页、弹窗、图标等视觉元素。
- 根据产品需求，确定产品设计风格，并将页面结构、交互方式、色彩搭配等完整设计方案落地。
- 建立并维护产品UI设计规范及组件库，根据需求推动视觉效果迭代，持续提升用户体验。
- 输出素材资源，支持公司宣传、推广物料等设计，确保风格统一。

### 资格要求
- 大学本科及以上学历应届毕业生。
- 具备良好的组织沟通和协调能力、强烈的责任心及良好的职业操守。
- 熟练掌握Figma、Sketch、PS、AI、AE等设计工具
- 对色彩搭配、布局结构、画面创意把握能力强，有完整的设计作品者优先。
