## Job description
- 根据市场定位、分行下达的业务指标任务，落地执行分行业务营销战略。
- 负责分行公司金融、普惠金融客群、投资银行业务市场拓展及客户营销、指标推动、交叉协调、人员督导、合规管理等方面的经营管理工作。
- 负责落实分行交办的其他工作。
- 遵守国家法律法规、银行从业人员准则，诚实守信，合规意识强，具备良好的个人品质和职业道德，无不良记录，符合银行监管部门要求的任职资格条件。
- 身体健康，具备与工作要求相适应的身体条件。
- 具有大学本科及以上学历。
- 熟悉银行公司业务营销管理，银行公司业务管理经验不少于3年。
- 具有较强的团队管理能力、组织协调能力、市场拓展能力和风险风控意识。
- 符合中国人寿集团和广发银行相关回避制度规定。
