## Job description
- 负责零售信贷渠道和客户拓展工作；
- 为客户综合配置金融产品，实现综合化营销；
- 受理客户授信申请，收集整理客户及业务资料。负责客户的资信调查和贷前调查工作，确保资料的真实性、完整性、准确性和及时性；
- 严格按照我行合规要求开展展业，管控零售信贷风险；
- 负责零售信贷客户的贷后服务 ，做好存量客户维护与资产业务经营。
- 具有国家认证的大学本科及以上学历；
- 具有3年或以上银行零售信贷业务从业经验；
- 熟悉银行金融法律、法规和零售业务产品及流程，具有较强的合规意识和零售业务风险识别能力；
- 具有良好的团队合作精神，较强的沟通协调以及处理应急事件的能力；
- 符合中国人寿集团和广发银行相关回避制度规定。
