## Job description
- 负责用户互动运营，包括社群、评论区、私信等渠道的日常回复与交流。
- 策划并执行互动活动，如话题讨论、抽奖、调研等，提升用户活跃度与粘性。
- 收集用户反馈与需求，整理后同步给相关部门，助力产品 / 服务优化。
- 维护互动氛围，处理负面言论，保障沟通环境积极健康。
- 统计互动数据，如回复率、活动参与人数等，形成简单运营报告。

### 学历与专业
- 大专及以上学历，市场营销、传播学等相关专业优先。

### 能力要求
- 具备良好的沟通表达与文字组织能力，能快速响应用户需求。

### 经验要求
- 有 1 年以内用户运营、社群管理或客服相关经验者优先，应届生可投递。

### 工具技能
- 熟练使用办公软件，了解新媒体平台（如微信、微博、抖音）的互动规则，会基础图文编辑工具者加分。

### 素质要求
- 有耐心、责任心，善于捕捉用户情绪，具备一定的问题解决能力。
