## Job description
- 负责数字渠道客户的日常维护与业务对接，推动线上出单。
- 跟进线上活动策划与执行，提升客户活跃度与转化率。
- 统计分析线上业务数据，定期输出渠道运营报告。
- 处理线上客户咨询与投诉，优化服务体验。
- 专科及以上学历，专业不限；年龄不超过35岁，特别优秀可放宽至40岁。
- 熟悉线上客户运营、流量转化或数字化营销工具。
- 具备一定的数据敏感度与文案能力，能跟进线上业务全流程。
- 责任心强，善于跨团队协作。
