## Job description
- 负责课程体系、师资体系及培训运营体系的搭建、完善、管理等相关工作；
- 负责课件研发等相关工作，参与组织开展大型培训课程，承担培训授课任务；
- 负责培训需求调研及培训计划制定，开展市场实践；
- 负责公司培训体系的搭建工作，参与培训项目的设计、组织与实施；
- 支持或辅助培训班运营管理等相关工作；
- 负责跟踪和督导各部门培训后的实施落实情况；
- 负责上级领导交办的其他工作。
- 大学本科及以上学历应届毕业生。
- 学习能力强，具有较强的沟通协调能力；具有良好的判断分析、组织策划、写作、演讲能力；能够熟练使用现代化教学工具；有较强的团队合作精神，能承受较大的工作压力。
- 具备教学或培训经验者优先。
