## Job description
- 负责组织对辖区机构移交托管档案进行检查、验收、管理，并提供档案利用相关服务；
- 负责组织开展档案工作研究和业务培训；
- 参与档案数字化建设，如电子文件归档及电子档案长期保存的验证工作等；
- 参与档案中心档案库房的安全管理；
- 参与公司系统档案工作监督、检查和指导；
- 完成领导安排的其他工作。
- 硕士研究生及以上学历；
- 拥护中国共产党领导，爱岗敬业，具有良好的政治素质和职业道德；
- 具备档案管理或相关实习工作经验者优先；
- 能熟练应用计算机办公软件，有较好文字功底，较强的语言表达能力、组织沟通能力；
- 有较强的团队协作能力，责任心强，有保密意识，服从部门整体工作安排；
- 符合中国人寿系统亲属回避有关规定。
