## Job description

岗位职责
- 通过电话，完成报案、咨询、查询、投诉受理等工作任务，严格遵守行业及公司的相关规定，为客户提供优质服务，对客户的咨询、申请、投诉等给予及时、耐心、准确地解答；
- 不断学习新技术和新知识，研究和掌握客户的心理及需求，不断发现问题、解决问题、提高业务素质；
- 定期收集、整理日常工作中遇到的典型案例，包括投诉、热点、难点的整理并递交班组长岗；
- 熟知本级机构的调度区域划分情况，及时完成案件调度、改派、调派等工作，保证案件调度的及时性和准确性； 任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，专业不限；
- 年龄30岁以下，可接受加班，单位有宿舍可供留宿； 4.口齿清楚，普通话流利；
- 善于沟通，具有较强的语言表达能力； 5.具备强烈的责任心及客户服务意识；
