## Job description

主要负责挖掘和维护个人及企业客户，根据客户需求定制保险方案并完成产品销售与投保全流程办理，协助客户处理理赔、保单变更等售后事宜，同时达成公司业绩考核指标，严格遵守行业合规要求，维护公司品牌形象。
- 本科及以上学历。
- 具备良好的组织沟通和协调能力、强烈的责任心及良好的职业操守。
- 具有保险行业相关岗位专业工作经验者优先。
- 职业稳定性较好，人事档案、劳动关系清楚，无潜在法律合规风险。
- 不存在影响招录的其他情况。
