## Job description
- 根据支公司数据需求，对渠道日常数据进行追踪与报表管理，保障各类数据的准确性、及时性和规范性；
- 围绕业务工作开展专项数据分析，支撑渠道各项数据素材准备与材料制作，对销售方案落地效果进行追踪评估；
- 为一线展业提供数据支持，协助进行目标制定与分解，跟踪目标达成进度并进行预警提醒；
- 其它上级交办的临时性工作。
- 大学本科及以上学历应届毕业生。
- 对保险行业及销售管理有较强的兴趣，具备强烈的责任心和良好的职业操守。
- 领导能力、抗压能力和沟通能力突出者优先。
- 学生干部、社团负责人优先。
- 具有大型企业实习经验者或保险行业实习经验者优先。
