## Job description

### 工作职责
- 根据上级公司整体销售节奏，分析市场环境与竞争状况，细化销售策略，组织开展客户开拓与经营活动及产品训练；
- 落实综合金融各项政策制度，推动业务目标达成；
- 推动制度执行管控和制度经营，激发队伍发展内生动力，提升执行效率；
- 夯实基层单位管理基础，推进规范化管理流程，提升专业化经营水平。

### 资格要求
- 大学本科及以上学历应届毕业生。
- 具备良好的组织沟通和协调能力、强烈的责任心及良好的职业操守。
- 学生干部、社团负责人优先。
- 具有大型企业实习经验者或者具有保险行业实习经验者优先。
