## Job description
- 参与承保、理赔、财务、销售、客服、技术平台等相关领域系统开发工作
- 参与大模型技术在保险场景的应用落地工作；
- 参与人工智能相关算法、模型、智能体的开发建设工作；
- 参与大模型新技术和新工具研究和落地工作；
- 参与大模型工程化体系建设；
- 参与构建企业级大模型开发套件，实现模型压缩、服务部署、效果监控的全链路支持。 1、2027届应届毕业生，硕士研究生及以上学历，计算机、人工智能等相关专业； 2、具备扎实的开发基础，熟悉主流技术栈与框架架构设计，有框架迭代、性能优化实践经验； 3、能够快速适配新兴技术栈，具备模块开发、架构重构及问题排查能力； 3、具备较强的技术攻坚能力，能快速理解业务痛点并提出模型优化路径。 4、能够熟练使用主流AI开发工具，了解智能体开发流程与应用落地，协助完成研发场景智能化工具开发、验证与推广。
