## Job description
- 主动拨打公司分配的到期客户名单，介绍公司车险/非车险产品，促成出单；
- 对已出单的客户定期回坊，确认续保时间、解答理赔疑问，提升续保率；
- 每日统计拨打量、转化率、保费目标达成；
- 严格遵守监管要求，确保录音、保单条款、价格体系完整合规；
- 已承保客户积极完成二开，增加单客产能。 全日制大专及以上学历，具备较强的学习适应能力、表达沟通能力，为人积极乐观、主动认真，有较强的责任心和执行力。
