## Job description
- 负责我行公司金融产品的宣传、营销、推介工作，协助制定公司团队销售策略并有效执行。
- 分析客户的金融需求，推荐适合的金融产品，按照规定的程序和方法，为客户办理各类金融业务。
- 了解团队成员日常工作进度情况及服务客户情况，帮助成员挖掘和维护优质客户；协助管理团队员工，协助团队员工达成业绩任务。
- 激发团队士气，培养良好的团队精神。
- 完成上级领导交办的其他工作。
- 具有国家认证的大学本科及以上学历。
- 具有5年以上商业银行市场拓展经验，熟悉商业银行公司产品，熟知有关经济、金融的法律、法规，有较强的风险意识。
- 具有较强的团队领导和沟通协调能力，较强的执行推动能力，具有团队管理经验。
- 具有较好的社会关系和客户资源，较强的市场拓展能力，过往业绩较好。
- 遵纪守法，诚实守信，廉洁自律，职业操守良好，品行端正，无不良行为记录。
- 符合监管任职回避制度规定，符合中国人寿集团和广发银行相关回避制度规定。
- 身体健康，具备与工作要求相适应的身体条件。
