## Job description
- 负责公司销售人员培训工作，包括课程讲授、课程优化、课程管理等工作
- 负责培训考核指标追踪、分析、达成路径规划等
- 上级交办的其他工作
- 大学本科及以上学历应届毕业生。
- 认同保险行业及中国人寿企业文化
- 具备良好的组织沟通和协调能力、强烈的责任心及良好的职业操守。
- 有学生工作经历及保险行业相关实习经验优先
