## Job description
- 接受调度指派查勘任务；查勘事故现场、第二现场、复勘现场，负责现场查勘与事故标的拍照，与客户沟通，调查事故原因，进行损失预估，完成查勘报告；
- 按规定时限及要求完成车险赔案查勘处理，确定事故过程和保险责任，并详细记录，负责整理并上传查勘资料与查勘报告；
- 与核损岗配合完成定损任务，制作定损报告，并按规定时效将查勘资料上传至车险理赔系统，完成查勘任务。
- 大专及以上学历，医学/保险/车辆/机械/电子等相关专业；
- 两年以上保险理赔相关从业经验，有非车险查勘定损工作经验者优先
- 有C1以上驾照并具有熟练驾驶经验；
- 掌握保险理论、车险保险产品条款、查勘处理实务、车辆定损、道路交通安全法及相关法律法规知识。熟练使用电脑操作，掌握汽车构造理论、维修知识；
- 有较强的沟通能力与逻辑思维能力，高度的责任感、职业道德与服务意识，对工作积极严谨，吃苦耐劳。
